Oh no, what is wrong with life?
A gentleman
Chasing his dreams, day and night.
He finds no rest;
The clock seems to side with him,
Yet everything is going
Like a stubborn donkey.
Life is a step at a time,
Going stealthily,
Without galloping.
Oh nay, what is wrong with man?
Chasing a hundred dreams
In just one night.
Well, through to’s and fro’s,
Dreams seem to be coming true.
All of a sudden,
The donkey took a turn,
Befallen by calamity,
And he stumbles.
“What is wrong?” he questioned himself,
Bad thoughts haunting him day and night;
He can’t seem to understand.
Hiding through the pain,
Wearing white garments
While it is so dark inside.
His face smiles,
But his heart weeps,
Forcing through the rays,
Yet it seems uncertain.
“What is wrong?” he said to himself,
In his early twenties, facing such trauma.
The ship keeps sinking,
But the sailor keeps dragging on.
How the Almighty has not fallen,
Yet he has not.
For every fall,
A rise awaits.
It is okay to dream again;
Let the past fade,
And let faith decide.
Focus is the key,
As a lion never backs down.
A dog behind a cage
Can only bark
Unless he is released.
The sailor must sail
Through the sea
To reach his destination.
